The Mitsubishi MUZ-LN50VG3 is the outdoor unit of a single-split reversible air conditioning system from Mitsubishi Electric's high-end "Design Premium" / "Kirigamine Style" range. It operates in conjunction with the MSZ-LN50VG3 series indoor unit (available in various colors such as white, pearl white, ruby red, or onyx black) and delivers a nominal output of 5.0 kW in cooling mode and 6.0 kW in heating mode.
This capacity (approximately 18,000 BTU) is ideal for effectively conditioning rooms ranging from 45 m² to 50 m². The system boasts excellent energy efficiency ratings, with a SEER of 8.5 and a SCOP of 4.6. It holds an A+++ rating for cooling and A++ for heating, and utilizes the more environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant. Inverter technology continuously adjusts power output to reduce energy consumption, utilizing the 3D i-See Sensor to analyze room temperature in 3D and detect human presence, thereby directing or diverting airflow to save energy.
The outdoor sound pressure level is 51 dB(A) during operation. It features the Plasma Quad Plus filter—an advanced air filtration system capable of neutralizing bacteria, viruses, allergens, and mold, as well as capturing fine particles (PM2.5)—and includes built-in Wi-Fi for remote control via Mitsubishi's MELCloud app.
