The Arilex 120PGLN is a professional tabletop gas griddle designed by the Spanish manufacturer Arilex. It features a smooth, 6 mm thick rolled steel cooking plate and delivers a total power output of 11.0 kW. Supplied as standard with a butane/propane (LPG) gas configuration, it also includes injectors for conversion to natural gas. Burners and Controls: Equipped with 4 independent burners, each with its own control valve (min/max knobs in chrome-plated Bakelite). Heat Burners: Exclusive tubular burners with peripheral heat distribution to eliminate cold spots.
The Arilex peripheral flame burner ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. No cold spots. High heat output with a safety thermocouple. Rear gas connection for easy installation in confined spaces. Supplied as standard for propane/butane and includes injectors for conversion to natural gas.
