The Arilex 120CG (or 120CGN) professional cooktop is a compact, robust, and high-performance countertop cooking appliance, specially designed for the catering industry. Burners and power: It features three burners with a power output of 5.8 kW to 6 kW each, offering a total power of 17.4 kW to 18 kW. Unique modularity: By simply rotating its removable cast iron grate, each burner can accommodate a 40x40 cm (6 mm thick) rolled steel plate to instantly transform into a griddle. Robust construction: 1 mm thick satin-finish stainless steel frame and high-quality chrome-plated Bakelite control knobs
