The Daikin Altherma 3 M (model number EBLA08E3V3) is an 8.0 kW reversible air-to-water heat pump with a single-phase (230V) power supply, operating on the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant. This monoblock system integrates all hydraulic components into its single outdoor unit. This design eliminates the need for an indoor unit and avoids any handling of refrigerant during installation. Integrated electric backup heater (BUH): Includes a standard 3 kW electric backup heater to support the system in extreme temperatures.
Remote control: Features a built-in WLAN (Wi-Fi) card for control via smartphone or tablet using the Daikin app. It is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants. MMI-2 Interface: Comes with a remote high-resolution display for easy guided commissioning by the installer and daily control by the user. Domestic Hot Water (DHW): Can be connected to a remote stainless steel storage tank or a Daikin thermal storage tank for domestic hot water production.
