Gut Multifunction Expansion Vessel GT-60V (60 Liters)
Gut multifunction tanks are ideal for a wide range of applications—including booster sets, surface and deep-well hydropneumatic systems, irrigation, and commercial or industrial uses—and serve to prevent water hammer. They are suitable for variable frequency drive (VFD) and constant pressure systems. The polypropylene liner and butyl diaphragm are secured against the tank wall by a stainless steel retaining ring, reinforcing the area most prone to corrosion to ensure a long service life and maintenance-free operation.
The Gut multifunction range is manufactured using a virgin polypropylene liner and a high-quality butyl diaphragm that complies with FDA standards. The diaphragm is attached to the steel tank wall via a compression ring. A bronze air valve, sealed with a cap within the threaded valve assembly, prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. The diaphragm and liner are reinforced at points of high wear for enhanced durability. All internal components, including the air valve, feature rounded edges to prevent diaphragm puncture under extreme conditions. The water connection provides a dual water/air seal, ensuring a leak-proof, maintenance-free tank.
