Gut Multifunction Expansion Vessel GT-100V (100 Liters)
Gut multifunction tanks are ideal for a wide range of applications—including booster systems, surface and deep-well hydropneumatic systems, irrigation, and commercial/industrial uses—designed to prevent water hammer. They are suitable for variable frequency drive (VFD) and constant pressure systems. The polypropylene liner and butyl diaphragm are secured against the tank wall by a stainless steel retaining ring, reinforcing the corrosion-prone area to ensure a long service life and maintenance-free operation.
The Gut multifunction range is manufactured using a virgin polypropylene liner and a high-quality, FDA-compliant butyl diaphragm. The diaphragm is attached to the steel tank wall via a compression ring. A bronze air valve, sealed with a cap within the threaded valve assembly, prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. Both the diaphragm and liner are reinforced at high-wear points for enhanced durability. All internal components, including the air valve, feature rounded edges to prevent diaphragm puncture under extreme conditions. The water connection provides a dual water/air seal, ensuring a leak-proof, maintenance-free tank.
