The Daikin Altherma 3 H HT W Size 18 heat pump (reference EPRA18DW17 + ETBH16E9W7) is designed for large-scale residential and commercial projects with high requirements in terms of power, temperature, and energy efficiency. This split air-to-water solution provides high-performance central heating, capable of reaching up to 70°C at the water outlet, allowing for the efficient replacement of an oil or gas boiler while retaining existing heating and cooling systems. With its high-temperature technology and latest-generation scroll compressor, it guarantees consistent performance, even in extreme weather conditions (down to -28°C), while reducing its carbon footprint thanks to the use of R-32 refrigerant.
Modern and innovative design thanks to the new, aesthetically pleasing plastic grille and the absence of sharp edges. Easy installation thanks to its compact size. Includes all necessary hydraulic components: high-performance circulator, dirt separator filter with degassing system, and bypass valve. Easy maintenance: the electronic board and all hydraulic components are accessible from the front.
New human-machine interface (HMI): innovative control panel with a modern design, featuring a guided procedure for quick setup and an intuitive, user-friendly menu. Also allows for remote system control and monitoring via an app. Uses R32, an innovative refrigerant with a low GWP. The system is pre-equipped for connection to a Daikin solar thermal system, in either a drain-away or pressurized version. It also incorporates a smart grid function for optimal integration with the photovoltaic system. ECH2O configuration: Ground module with a 300-liter or 500-liter thermal storage tank, ideal for coupling with solar thermal panels.
