The SuperAir (SONO) soundproof flexible aluminum duct is a high-performance duct designed to minimize noise and optimize airflow in ventilation systems. It consists of an inner aluminum layer surrounded by sound insulation that reduces noise generated by heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Its flexible design facilitates installation in tight spaces, making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications. This duct is the perfect solution for areas where noise reduction is essential without compromising airflow efficiency.
This insulated sandwich duct is composed of an inner tube, a 25 mm thick fiberglass insulation layer with a density of 18 kg/m³, and an outer aluminum-polyester composite sleeve. Duct with micro-perforations in the inner tube, optimizing sound absorption thanks to high-performance insulation. Providing thermal and acoustic insulation, this system prevents condensation and reduces noise in the event of temperature differences in the ventilation system's airflow. It helps limit heat and cold loss and prevents condensation.
Designed for heating and air conditioning systems in homes, offices, commercial premises, and large commercial spaces, it is particularly well-suited to applications requiring enhanced insulation to prevent condensation. It can be used for both supply and return air.
