Production, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, it is then aged in American oak barrels for 2 years then 3 years in bottle.
Tile red color with purplish tones
On the nose, we perceive the complex secondary and tertiary aromas coming from the aging process, on the palate, it is soft and balanced and then has a warm and prolonged finish.
Gastronomy: It goes well with all types of meats.
Serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C.
