The Panasonic KIT-Z35-YKEA-1 Professional Series is a single-split air conditioning system designed for intensive 24/7 operation. It is optimized for cooling server rooms (computer rooms). Powered by a 230V single-phase supply, this model uses R32 refrigerant and delivers a nominal cooling capacity of 3.5 kW (12,000 BTU). High-durability components: Equipped with reinforced ball bearings to support continuous rotation and additional pipe sensors to prevent freezing.

Cooling in low outdoor temperatures: Servers generate heat year-round. The unit continues to cool effectively even in the depths of winter when the outside temperature drops to -25°C. Redundancy and Duty Rotation System: By connecting two units via the optional CZ-RCC5 cable (or the PAW-SERVER-PKEA interface), the air conditioners operate alternately to extend their lifespan and automatically take over if one fails. Remote Management and Alerts: Features native Wi-Fi for monitoring via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app and offers dry contacts to send error or operating signals to a BMS (Building Management System). (Note: The electrical connection between the indoor and outdoor units requires a 4 × 1.5 mm² cable.)
