Constructed from stainless steel with a high gloss finish.
Integrated internal stainless steel tank, without corners and with MAX – MIN oil level marking.
Robust tin-plated steel baskets with “cool touch” bakelite handles. Dimensions: 130x245x110 mm (LxWxH).

Stainless steel armored resistance.
Fully waterproof and removable electric head for better cleaning.
High quality safety thermostat set at 240°C with manual reset.
High quality working thermostat adjustable up to 190°C / 20A.
Basket fixing system to evacuate oil in the head.
The safety microswitch prevents the resistance from continuing to operate when the head is removed.
