Ferco Magnetic Filter and Dirt Separator, 3/4"/360°/C Valves (Vertical/Horizontal)
The magnetic dirt separator is installed in solar and solar heating systems to continuously separate air, dirt, and magnetic impurities from the system.
Eliminates system noise, reduces heat loss at the heating surface, and prevents damage caused by dry burning of the machine. When installing a circulation pump, the FERCO magnetic dirt separator is designed to separate loose particles from the system water and discharge them in a controlled manner, otherwise, these contaminants will fall into the control valve and circulation pump, causing the device to break.
Magnetic Rod
Insert the magnetic rod for more convenient cleaning.
Open the drain valve and easily remove the magnetic rod (no need to unscrew the cap) to complete system drainage.
Bead Filter
Pre-Use Instructions and Schematic Diagram
When the dirt separator is filled with water, the filter beads will float and form a film on the filter. As a result, the impurities will be trapped by the narrow space between the beads. When the drain valve is opened, the impurities will fall with the beads and be flushed out by the water flow.
Polymer body.
AISI 304 stainless steel filter cartridge.
Neodymium magnet: 14000G.
Maximum working pressure: 3 bar.
Maximum operating temperature: 90°C.
Length: 180 mm
