With the Cata INSB 8021 BK 4-zone induction hob, cooking is a breeze. At 80 cm wide and with a total power of 7.2 kW, it features four cooking zones and a 30 cm bridge function, giving you all the space you need to prepare delicious meals. Independent touch controls for each zone allow for instant control of your cooking. Thanks to its three functions (melt, defrost, simmer), you can cook just about anything. The pause function, individual timers for each zone, countdown alarm, and automatic pan detection are just some of the many features at your disposal.
Cooking at a low temperature (85-95 °C). Simply select the function and the cooktop will automatically adjust to the ideal power level with 9 power levels plus turbo: the slider makes selecting the power level easy. And if you need more power to boil a large quantity of water or stir-fry food, the turbo function is the perfect solution. In addition, the automatic safety shut-off, child lock, and residual heat indicator ensure complete peace of mind while cooking. With its beveled front edge, this induction cooktop is ideal for adding a touch of modern elegance to your kitchen.
