The nose stands out with its elegant notes of white fruits and bakery.
On the palate we find a fresh but powerful and very dry cava.
Serve between 5 and 7ºC
It goes perfectly with a large number of dishes, thanks to the equal proportion in the “assemblage” of only two classic varieties Xarel·lo and Macabeo, providing a particular balance.
